RX brings together 200,000 professionals from key economic sectors in the first half of the year
Trade fairs in the automotive and construction sectors also feature 2,000 exhibiting brands
São Paulo, June 2025 – According to data from the Brazilian Construction Industry Chamber (CBIC), the sector accounted for 4.3% of GDP in 2024, equivalent to BRL 359.5 billion. Meanwhile, the automotive segment represented 5% of GDP, according to the National Association of Vehicle Manufacturers (Anfavea). These two critical drivers of the national economy face the challenge of reinvention to maintain growth, which partially explains the record-breaking 200,000 professionals attending RX events in the first half of 2025.
The organizer's calendar, led by one of the world's largest event companies, began in April with the International Construction Trade Fair (Feicon). The event drew 100,000 visitors and 1,000 exhibiting brands. This was followed by Automec, dedicated to the automotive aftermarket, which hosted 105,000 visitors and 1,500 brands, generating countless qualified business leads with high potential for conversion into sales or contracts.
Feiconference and Automec University
Key highlights of these trade fairs focused on delivering qualified content.
At Feicon, the 1st International Conference on Construction and Architecture (Feiconference) took place. The three-day event featured over 50 lectures and panels across two stages, addressing transformational trends such as sustainable practices, digital transformation, strategic leadership, and new business models.
At Automec, the launch of Automec University enhanced the visitor experience by offering 70 hours of courses and training programs, with nationally recognized certifications. The curriculum included various activities, such as the IQA Exam, designed to assess technical and practical expertise in the automotive field. Additionally, panels hosted by SENAI explored topics shaping the future of transportation and mobility, including Assisted Steering Systems. A standout event was the Vehicle Electrification Workshop, which developed skills related to assembling and repairing the electrical systems and equipment of motor vehicles.
Beyond content innovations, these events featured numerous activities and experiences for attendees, providing hours of specialized technical content for trade fair visitors.
Trade Fairs, Conferences, and the Return of the Auto Show
Over the coming months, RX will continue its portfolio of events across relevant sectors of the national economy. Highlights include Fenasucro & Agrocana, FIEE (Energy), ISC Brasil (Security), Febrava (HVAC), Equipotel (Hospitality), and the highly anticipated return of the Auto Show (Automotive).
A significant focus will also be on conferences, with Fenabio and ISC Conference taking place alongside Fenasucro and ISC, respectively. These events will offer highly specialized technical content for participants.
“We are proud to bring to São Paulo a new Auto Show that is expected to attract over 700,000 visitors and significantly boost the city’s economy, creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs. The event will prioritize visitor experiences, including test drives, demonstrations of new technologies, and diverse attractions, reinforcing the Auto Show’s role as a driver of innovation and economic development in the region,” concludes Claudio Della Nina, RX's General Manager for Latin America.
