Meet RX Brazil's Inclusion & Belonging
Committee
The Global Inclusion & Belonging Committees (or ERGs) help drive the achievement of our inclusion goals around: Race and Ethnicity, Gender Equity, LGBTQIA+ and Gender Identity, People with Disabilities, and Age Diversity.

The members of these committees meet monthly to organize, execute, and oversee actions designed to promote equitable practices for people in underrepresented communities, both internally (colleagues) and externally (job candidates, suppliers, customers, etc.), as well as to support the communities where we live and where our company operates.
To amplify the best practices followed by RX throughout the events industry, we created an Inclusion Guide
RX has grown from 1 ERG in 2019 to 10 active ERGs!
ERGs, or Employee Resource Groups for Diversity, are made up of volunteer employees who share common interests and play a vital role in ensuring an environment where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed.
